Alex Zapata

Alex earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina where he chose a path of Physical Therapy/Personal Training. Alongside his Bachelors Alex is a certified personal trainer through NASM.Â
While attending UofSC and also a year after college Alex has had 4 years of outpatient physical therapy and 1 year of Inpatient physical therapy experience. Those years of working and learning have helped teach him a professional approach to corrective exercises and proper treatment of the body. Along with better understanding injuries before and after intensive surgeries and with how to properly progress a patient through a healing process.Â
Alex has worked alongside Strength and Conditioning coaches for Division 1 level athletes while at college. There he learned how to build and coach intense programs for many different factors of movement such as explosiveness, speed, agility, specific strength, etc. Working alongside these coaches has given him knowledge for more intensive and specific programs for younger and older athletes.
