*Includes flexibility, mobility, and movement screening, program design, and goal setting for 3 months. A $99 fee covers three months of program continuation and updates.
Notice of cancellation must be at least 24 hours in advance for all personal training. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will result in a full charge for the session. Please discuss with your trainer the best way to reach them in case of cancellation.
Welcome Maxwell Queen
Maxwell is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer whose passion for fitness was fueled by his six years in the military. That experience shaped not only his discipline and work ethic but also his commitment to helping others build strength, resilience, and confidence through consistent, purposeful training. He brings a structured yet approachable style to his work, creating an environment where clients feel supported, challenged, and motivated to improve.
One of Maxwell’s core philosophies is “Building Confidence Through Communication,” a principle that guides every client interaction. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology, further strengthening his ability to connect with and support individuals from all backgrounds. In addition to his NASM certification, Maxwell holds certifications in Stretching/Flexibility and Behavioral Change, allowing him to deliver well-rounded, personalized programs that address both physical performance and long-term habit development.

Janine LaPrade
Janine holds degrees in Health Sciences and Adapted Physical Activity. She specializes in working with individuals with disabilities, focusing on rehabilitative exercises, injury prevention, and sport-specific performance for young athletes. Janine is NASM-certified and a Water Safety Instructor.

Deanna Filsinger
Deanna started her fitness career in 2014 at The Heron Studio, where yoga deepened her passion for wellness. A certified trainer since 2017, she holds additional certifications in Corrective Exercise and Nutrition Coaching, helping others build strength and confidence.

Maxwell Queen
Maxwell is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer whose passion for fitness was shaped by six years in the military. Guided by his philosophy of “Building Confidence Through Communication,” he is pursuing a Master’s in Speech Language Pathology and holds certifications in Stretching/Flexibility and Behavioral Change.

Sophie Hayes
Sophie joined the Worcester Fitness Personal Training team in fall 2023. A Ridgefield, CT native and former competitive swimmer, she has a degree in exercise science and experience working with children with disabilities. Sophie is now pursuing a graduate degree in occupational therapy.

Picky Lanigan
Picky focuses on helping clients new to fitness improve their health and conditioning. She works with individuals seeking motivation, post-injury rehab, and those with MS or arthritis. Picky holds certifications in aqua fitness (AEA) and personal training (ISMA).

Joanne Salois
Joanne is an ACE certified personal trainer and orthopedic exercise specialist, with certifications in Pilates, yoga, cycling, and more. Her expertise in fitness assessment, corrective training, and nutrition helps her create individualized fitness and dietary plans for healthy living.

Dianne Durand
Dianne, a NASM certified personal trainer, holds certifications in Women’s Fitness, Neuromuscular Stretching, TRX, Spinning, Kettlebell AMPD, and more. She teaches cycling and Met-Con classes at Worcester Fitness, specializing in diverse fitness methods for optimal results.

Denleigh Grniet
Denleigh, a Summa Cum Laude graduate with a BS in Exercise Science from Bridgewater State, is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and AASDN Nutrition Specialist. With over 20 years of experience, she teaches indoor cycling, small group training, and yoga.

Bob Bourassa
Bob holds a Bachelor’s in Sports Management from Keene State College, is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, and a USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach. He’s run 40+ marathons and helps runners and clients transitioning from physical therapy or managing long-term health issues.

Tracy Riley
Tracy holds a BS in Exercise Science from Westfield University and interned at one of New England’s most extensive corporate fitness facilities. She started at Worcester Fitness as a personal trainer and is now NASM certified, Spartan SGX Coach, and Spartan Obstacle Specialist.
