Worcester Fitness will host a seasonal vaccination clinic on Wednesday, October 7 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at 440 Grove Street in Worcester.
Vaccines expected to be available include:
- Flu
- COVID-19
- Shingles
- RSV
- Pneumonia
- Tdap
Availability and eligibility may vary. Insurance coverage and potential out-of-pocket costs will depend on the vaccine and each participant’s individual insurance plan.

Participants should bring their insurance information and any identification or vaccination records requested during registration.

Please complete and print the required informed-consent form before arriving at Worcester Fitness. The form must be completed at least 24 hours before the clinic begins.
