Total Immersion Swimming

Get the EDGE!

Advanced stroke training for swimmers.

Total Immersion Swimming is the only program in history to have created a worldwide following of enthusiastic and empowered swimmers. TI gives average swimmers—even beginners--the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become their own best teacher. TI brings hope and a sense of accomplishment to those who have experienced only failure with traditional approaches. TI technique is healthful--injury free and good to your body--and adapts easily to any goal.
Instructor George Randall is a Certified Level 3.0 Total Immersion Swim Coach. He teaches students of all abilities, from beginner to competitive level, in open-water, triathlon, and pool events. He also competes in several open-water races and triathlons. "As a coach it is very gratifying for me to help and guide students to achieve their swimming goals. To be part of their growth and to watch them transform from struggling to skillful swimmers gives me great joy…It’s why I teach!"

"So Much Easier!"

"A friend encouraged me to join her in George Randall’s Total Immersion swim class at Worcester Fitness and I am forever glad that I did! Learning how to better balance myself in the water and improve stroke technique, one element at a time, resulted in improved stroke, speed, efficiency, and this amazingly all feels so much easier! After taking the class and learning how to work with the water, not against it, I was able to ramp up to swimming one mile very quickly and enjoying every stroke!"
