Robert Bourassa
Bob earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Management with a specialization in Health & Fitness from Keene State College.
He is an NSCA – Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Bob is also a USA Track & Field Level 1 Coach, and he has used his experience of running more than 40 marathons to help hundreds of runners reach their goals.
He also works with members that need help bridging the gap from physical therapy to a personal fitness program or those dealing with long term health issues like lower back pain, fibromyalgia, and diabetes.
