PEAK PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Peak Performance Training at Worcester Fitness is a multi-faceted training program for all ages and abilities, with a focus on fitness classes. We offer boot camp and strength based classes, 1 on 1 and small group personal training, as well as athletic performance training.
The primary goal of this small group training program is to provide the best adult fitness classes in 45 minutes or less, while using our team’s physical therapy background to reduce the likelihood of injury. From adult fitness to athletic performance, our certified training staff will utilize a variety of training methods to help our members achieve their goals.
Not only are the classes exceptional…there are more of them. More chances to take your favorite classes, more reasons to stay focused and driven, and more opportunities to get in the best shape of your life!
Peak training is designed to get you into great shape while keeping workout durations at a realistic level. That’s why most of our classes are 45-minutes long. BUT, even if you can only squeeze 25-minutes into your busy day, we’ve got you covered!

The classes are 45 minutes or less and provide a great workout. What I like the most is that the workout is different everyday, with exercises that target different muscles, so it’s truly a total body workout.
Lastly, the classes are small which affords the opportunity for 1:1 coaching from some amazing instructors. There’s also an incredible sense of camaraderie which makes the overall experience a great one.

PEAK BOOT CAMP
Peak Boot Camp class is designed to deliver a full body workout that is guaranteed to help you lose weight, build and tone muscle, and strengthen your core!
PEAK POWER METCON
Peak Power Metcon is geared towards any fitness level that combines a dedicated focus on strength training as well as the high cardio output of a metabolic conditioning class.
PEAK FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY
Flexibility/Mobility focuses on loosening specific body parts using a combo of foam rollers, static and dynamic stretching, and self-joint mobilization.
Spartan – Join SGX Certified Trainer Tracy Riley for a program designed for those interested in competing in adventure races or looking for a physical or mental challenge.
While the principles of strength training is the same (move some heavy stuff) we make it fun and practical by pushing, pulling, pressing and carrying objects and weights much like we would in real life. We’ll get you stronger while making you move through positions and movements you would during every-day activities. This class is approximately 45 minutes long on average.
PEAK MMA CONDITIONING
MMA Conditioning is a full body, cardio class in which we will be going over general fundamentals of MMA training and techniques. This is a great class to add variety to your workout routine!
PEAK AB & CORE
PEAK CARDIO & CORE
What better combo than cardio and core to burn fat and get shredded? This 25-minute class will get your heartrate up and build a solid core to help tone your mid-section and get stronger with everyday functional movements!
PEAK CRUNCH & PUNCH
This is a boxing focused class that combines bodyweight and core exercises as well as some light weights to give you a cardio and core-based workout!
