ULTIMATE ATHLETE TRAINING

Worcester Fitness is proud to offer two, four week sessions of a comprehensive athletic performance camp for athletes ages 13-18.

Training will cover speed and agility drills to make your athlete faster and quicker as well as a comprehensive strength and conditioning program to improve power and explosiveness.

We’ll also include a proper introduction to barbell lifts and use of the strength equipment in our weight room. Athletes will be supervised at all times by our certified strength and conditioning specialists and follow a specific program with progressions and regressions for each athlete.

Training Schedules

OPTION 1
Monday, Wednesday, Friday10:00 AM -11:15 AM

OPTION 2
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday3:00 PM -4:15 PM

SESSION 1
June 20-July 18th 
(extra day added for 4th of July holiday)

SESSION 2
July 25-Aug 19th

$299 per session

* Sessions are limited to a maximum of 16 participants in each time slot. Minimum of 4 required to run any session. We reserve the right to combine groups if minimum participants is not reached.
