PEAK POWER METCON
Peak Power Metcon is geared towards any fitness level that combines a dedicated focus on strength training as well as the high cardio output of a metabolic conditioning class.
Spartan – Join SGX Certified Trainer Tracy Riley for a program designed for those interested in competing in adventure races or looking for a physical or mental challenge.
PEAK BOOT CAMP
Peak Boot Camp class is designed to deliver a full body workout that is guaranteed to help you lose weight, build and tone muscle, and strengthen your core!
PEAK FLEXIBILITY & MOBILITY
Got tight hips? How’s your posture? Back or shoulders feeling sore? Then this class is for you! Flexibility/Mobility focuses on loosening specific body parts using a combo of foam rollers, static and dynamic stretching, and self-joint mobilization to help gradually increase muscle length and joint mobility and help bring an end to feeling achy and stiff!
PEAK MMA CONDITIONING
MMA Conditioning is a full body, cardio class in which we will be going over general fundamentals of MMA training and techniques. Each session will consist of a mix of bodyweight and ab & core exercises, light weights, and flexibility/mobility to round out the class. This is a great class to add variety to your workout routine! Equipment recommendations: fingerless gloves and knee pads.
A fun and interactive class where you’ll use a combination of agility drills, weights, and bodyweight exercises to tone muscle, build your core and increase your cardio conditioning while getting back to our athletic roots! You’ll be shuffling, hopping, and dribbling a ball (both with your hands and feet) to get your cardio work in and using dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls to tone and strengthen. Bring out the athlete in you while you get a great total body workout!
PEAK AB & CORE
PEAK CARDIO & CORE
What better combo than cardio and core to burn fat and get shredded? This 25-minute class will get your heartrate up and build a solid core to help tone your mid-section and get stronger with everyday functional movements! You’ll be using rowers, treadmills and assault bikes with exercises targeting the hips and mid-section!
PEAK CRUNCH & PUNCH
This is a boxing focused class that combines bodyweight and core exercises as well as some light weights to give you a cardio and core-based workout! You’ll learn boxing combinations and use the heavy bag to learn the proper techniques while also challenging your cardio conditioning with constant movement. Relieve some stress and take out your aggression on a heavy bag! Equipment recommendations: boxing gloves.
