Coach Janine McCarthy focuses on building young female athletes from the ground up. To accmplish this, there is a very strong emphasis on core stability, proper movement patterns, balance and strength.
Because the confidence gained by the young women who participate benefits them both athletically and academically, Coach McCarthy feels passionate about every aspect of the program.
This program is specifically designed for girls in 6th, 7th, and 8th grades. Some studies have shown that children in these age groups, if taught properly, are most likely to adhere to the methods of fitness that they learn into adulthood.
