Full Body Training
COACH – PICKY LANIGAN
Classes begin on Saturday October 8th at 10:30am
This is a 45 minute program created for Seniors and beginners and is designed to give you a full body workout without overloading your joints. Each class consists of a dynamic warm up and transitions to a circuit based program. We will be using a wide variety or equipment to challenge your balance, strength and increase stability including, but not limited to:
- Free weights
- Stability balls
- Bosu™ balls
- TRX™ straps
- Exercise bands
- Medicine balls
- Stationary bikes
Each class will end with a cool down and gentle stretching.

Active Senior Yoga
COACH – DENLEIGH GRNIET
Class begins on Tuesday October 11th at 10:15am
Active Senior Yoga is a 45 minute class that will help get you going towards a better level of fitness. It will improve posture, range of motion, flexibility, strength, and balance.
In addition to physical benefits it will assists in the release of mental stress and improve mental clarity. Because this class will focus on using transitions from vital weight bearing standing poses to floor or chair poses, it will help in maintaining functional capacity for independent living and psychological well-being.
