Dianne Durand


Dianne is a NASM certified personal trainer and has certificates CPT, Women’s Fitness Specialist, Neuromuscular stretching, OPT Weight Management, Reactive Training. TRX, Spinning, Kettlebell AMPD, Tabata Bootcamp, Insanity (Beachbody) and Body Training Systems. She teaches cycling & Met-Con classes here at Worcester Fitness.
