Frequently Asked Questions about Birthday Parties at Worcester Fitness

What types of decorations are allowed?

You are welcome to bring in any decorations for the room and we will set them up. If you would like balloons, you can absolutely bring them, we have an air pump that we can blow up balloons with, but if you are looking to have helium you will need to provide.

Can we have food in the kids room?

Yes! You can bring in your own food or have pizza delivered from your favorite place or one of the pizza places in our area. We recommend Fastway Pizza!

What are the drink options?

You are more than welcome to bring in juice boxes and water, but we also have a full service bar for pitchers of soda and water. Your guests are also welcome to purchase drinks from the bar while at your party.

Do you have a combo package of pool and gym?

With parties being just 2 hours, you do need to choose between a pool party or a gym obstacle course party

What is in the kids korner?

Our Kids Korner room is our kids programming space filled with cubbies and children’s toys. We otherwise use the space for our Vacation Camps as well as kids programs we offer here. We bring in additional tables and benches for birthday parties.

What do you supply for the birthday parties?

For all our Basic Birthday Parties, we provide basic table covers, a Worcester Fitness Party Coordinator who takes care of setting up, during party logistics, and full party clean up, and for pool parties a lifeguard for swim time. We also have cake cutters. Our All Inclusive Parties, for an additional $150 we take care of everything! You are able to pick the theme or color scheme and we will buy the decoration, plates, favors, cake and ice cream. If you want additional food with the All Inclusive parties, you do need to provide that.

What is the age limit for the kids?

We offer parties to children celebrating their first birthday all the way to their 11th birthday. Guests attending can be any age! If you are having a pool party, we do require any child who cannot swim, or swim comfortably on their own, even with swimmies, bubbles, or other devices, to have an adult in the pool with them. We do suggest that families who are unsure on how their child will be in the pool plan to be in the pool or to be asked to join their child in the pool if asked by the party coordinator and/or lifeguard.

What times are the parties offered at?

Pool Parties are offered Saturdays from 4:00-6:00pm and Sundays from 4:30-6:30pm. Gym Obstacle parties are offered on Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00-4:00pm or 3:00pm-5:00pm.

What do we need to bring?

Basic Pool Party options are able to bring in decoration of their desired theme, food, drinks, plates, cuttery, cake, ice cream. All Inclusive parties just need to bring any additional food that they would like to offer to their guests.

When can we drop off items for the party?

The week before we will reach out to finalize the amount of children attending the party as well as coordinate a day and time to drop off items for your party that works for your schedule. Typically, the day before or morning of your party.
