Andy has had a lifelong passion for sports and fitness. He’s competed in sports throughout his life including basketball, baseball, soccer, tennis, and running. He’s completed countless road and adventure races, including 9 marathons. He’s coached hundreds of runners to monumental achievements including half, full and ultra marathons. He’s led contingents of 40+ runners to the Marine Corps, Hartford, Cape Cod Newport, Baltimore, Philadelphia and other regional and national marathons. He’s taken people never able to run a step and had them complete a full marathon within 8 months. His passion is to motivate, teach, train and empower people to achieve previously unthinkable feats of fitness.
The relationships forged with his teammates and coaches have inspired him to carry forth those fundamentals into his career as a Health & Wellness Professional. He strives to create a welcoming atmosphere where everyone is comfortable and able to join in. He fosters a platform where people can achieve extraordinary personal fitness goals while developing meaningful relationships. He’s always strongly believed, “ It’s more than just the miles run, weights lifted, pounds and inches lost - it’s all about surrounding yourselves with positive people doing incredibly positive things!”
Andy began at Worcester Fitness in September 2015 and serves members as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise Instructor, and Worcester Fitness Running Team Coach.
Andy holds four certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine.

ExperienceAndy served at the Health & Wellness Director at the Central Community Branch YMCA for 7 years prior to joining the team at Worcester Fitness. He’s also worked as a financial adviser and high school teacher. He lives in Paxton with his wife and three children where he enjoys coaching their baseball, softball, soccer, basketball and football teams.
