The first step is admitting you have a problem. I have a problem; I am addicted to Cardio Sport. I was nervous, at first, to take the class because I have not run for a whole hour in many years. Kat reviewed the rules with me: 1) break when you need to 2) go hard when you are going 3)during push-ups modify by going as far down as you can and drop to ground and go back up 4)HAVE FUN!! The music is great and the energy from everyone in the class makes you go faster and harder. You use all different muscles and the “exercises” change up during each song, so you know it will be over soon and you can push through. And boy, do you sweat! I have never been so happy to have fans! Lateral moves, tossing a ball, bear walks, push ups (so many push ups), jumping jacks, weaving through cones to name a few. I do not think it gets easier but each time I can go faster or longer.
Come take Cardio Sport with me Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 PM- I think you will become addicted too. (Don’t tell my boss, but I am trying to figure out a way to get out of work early on Thursdays so I can take Cardio Sport.)
