"We enjoy being members of Worcester Fitness and have been for years. The place is very clean, love the pool area and the machines are all updated and usually open when we are there. But our all time favorite part of being members are the employees. Everyone is upbeat and encouraging. Its just a nice, friendly atmosphere."
"Worcester Fitness is the cleanest health club I've ever been a member of!"
"The staff is incredibly friendly as well. They are open seven days a week and have a pool. We have been members for quite a while and they are always putting new equipment in or painting the walls or adding things. This winter they made a new lounge area just to sit and watch TV. Really nice place!"
"This club really does have something for everyone!"
"The staff is well trained and friendly and the equipment is clean and up to date. I would recommend Worcester Fitness to anyone looking for a workout, a class or personal training sessions."
"This facility is located on the 6th floor of St. Vincent's Hospital. It is brightly lit most of the time due to the skyline ceiling. It is also very clean, the gym room, the upstairs working out space, the equipments, the locker room and the bathrooms."
"This is nice gym located inside Saint Vincent Hospital. It's on the sixth floor and it has great views of the city. The place is spotless. If you are a gym person you know some of them can smell pretty awful. This one actually smells good so they must do something to the air.
The staff is friendly and so are the members. There is a nice older woman who works there at the desk that treats everyone like a grandchild or her own kid. Sometimes I come to the gym after a bad day at work and she cracks me up and gets a smile out of me pretty easily.
As far as the workout goes they have a ton of cardio equipment and rarely is anything broken. The strength equipment is good very the average workout but a heavy lifter type person would probably not be satisfied. It's more of a fitness place than a lifting place anyway.
I usually get to the gym around 5:30PM. If you get a piece of cardio equipment over by the windows on the right hand side you see a great sunset!
Most of the time when I come, the place isn't crowded. The most crowded time is around 5-6 p.m. Even then, it isn't so bad and there are machines/weights available for me use. Since it's located in a hospital, most of the patrons are professionals and students.
The equipment is fairly new. The room is spacious. The staff is friendly. Overall, I really like coming here.
You can park in the garage and get your ticket validated at the front desk."
"I have very much enjoyed my time as a Worcester Fitness member. In particular, I am extremely grateful for the services of Bob Bourassa, your Master Trainer, who advised me on a graduated work-out program that was designed to reduce my sciatic nerve pain following surgery for foraminal spinal stenosis. Bob's advice proved to be excellent!
