PiYo is a high energy, dynamic, choreographed workout for all levels! You’ll get the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of Pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing Yoga movements.

No weights or equipment needed, you’ll use body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves for a full-body workout. We crank up the music, the speed, and the fun to give you an intense, yet low-impact class that will burn crazy calories! No Pilates or yoga experience required
