The average person does not have the time to double, triple and sometimes quadruple-check the facts presented to them on the literally millions of topics relating to fitness, health and wellness.

That is why Worcester Fitness has created the Worcester Fitness Earth Fitness Forum (WFEFF). Our commitment is to provide our members and friends a worldwide view of the latest and most important fitness, health and wellness issues. Hand picked utilizing our international relationship with health clubs through our membership in the International Racquet Health and Sport Association, our affiliation with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, American College of Sports Medicine and our incredibly massive fitness and health resource network on www.linkedin.com, will be experts from around the world sharing their insights and inspiration.
