Master Trainer Rick McCarthy is a Personal Trainer, Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Health/Fitness Specialist at Worcester Fitness, and is available for both small-group and private training sessions. Rick specializes in sports performance-based training, as well as personal training services for medical-needs clientele. As a Nutritional Specialist, Rick is also able to provide nutritional counseling to support fitness & weight management goals.
